Golf Season Is Here










With golf season here again, it is time to have your best season yet. But, before you head out to the range and hit 100 shots with your new clubs you have been itching to hit. Take 5 minutes and do these simple stretches. The most common injury in golf is and injury to the low back. Followed shortly there after by elbow injuries. I have extensive training in golf and sports injuries and would be more then happy to answer any questions you may have, or treat that low back pain that is stopping you from playing your best.
